Wanli Tire Co., Ltd., established in 1988 which is controlled directly by Guangzhou Industrial investment Holding Group Co.,Ltd., and is a professional tire manufacturer integrating tire research and development, production, sales and service. Wanli Tire has a national enterprise technology center, high-tech enterprise, national accredited laboratory (CNAS), China Rubber Association contracted laboratory (the only one in the industry), post-doctoral research station, Guangdong Province, academician and expert enterprise workstation, etc., and has passed the international authoritative quality management system certification of ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001 environmental management system, GB / T29490 intellectual property management system certification. T29490 intellectual property rights management system certification, etc. In 2025, the company ranked 18th in the list of China's tire companies, and 41st in the list of the world's top 75 tires in 2025.

1989

Guangzhou South China Rubber Tire Co start up of radial tire project on September 16th, 1989.
1990

In March, Guangzhou South China Rubber Tire Co., Ltd. took the lead in introducing the U.S. Firestone radial tire technology, and became the first enterprise in China to introduce the full set of U.S. Firestone radial tire technology. In the following year, we sent our staff to the Bari Tire Factory of International Technology Center in Rome, Italy for training and learning. The picture shows the our trainers in front of ITC building.
1991

The first batch of sample tires was successfully produced on a trial basis in October, 1991.
1992

Guangzhou South China Rubber Tire Co., Ltd. introduced the radial tire project was completed and officially mass production of tires, Wanli (WANLI) trademark registration successful in the same year.
1993

The first phase of Guangzhou South China Rubber Tire Co., Ltd. with an annual output of 500,000 radial tires project completion and acceptance meeting in June 18th, 1993
2005

2014

The 100 millionth tire rolled off the production line of Guangzhou South China Rubber Tire in September,2014.
2015

In February, established subsidiary Hefei Wanli Tire Co. Ltd. and laid the foundation stone of Hefei Wanli's 2 million all-steel tire project.
In August, the second phase of 10 million semi-steel project from the chemical plant was officially production.
2016

Tire Intelligent Manufacturing Plant of Hefei Wanli Tire Co. commenced production.
2019

Officially joined Guangzhou Industrial Investment Holding Group Co.
2022

Wanli Tire Company Limited's semi-steel radial tire production line upgrading project was officially launched, which can be produce up to 24 million semi-steel radial tires per year. Became one of the largest semi-steel radial tire single factories in China.
The smart warehouse of Wanli Tire put into operation.
2023

Wanli Tire Research Institute held the inauguration ceremony.
"Wheeling the World, Tranquility Leads to the Future", was successfully selected as one of the Outstanding Cases of Building Innovation in National Enterprises.
2024

In January, Wanli Tire held the commencement ceremony for the third phase of its construction project at its Conghua base, and simultaneously, the Wanli Tire Research Institute Conghua Branch and Wanli College were officially unveiled and established.
In May, Wanli Tire once again obtained a national-level qualification platform and was successfully selected as a postdoctoral research station.
In September, Wanli Tire was successfully selected as a national "Technology Innovation Enterprise", being the only enterprise in the tire industry to achieve this status.
The launching ceremony for the third phase of the Wanli Tire project in December, marking the roll-off of the 250 millionth tire, was held at the Conghua base, which has since emerged as one of the largest standalone tire factories in China.
2025

On January 12th, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Wanli Tire Cambodia production base was held in the New Bavel Special Zone of Kratie Province, Cambodia. The base is expected to produce 10 million semi-steel radial tires and 1.2 million all-steel radial tires annually upon completion.

Scholarship

Wanli has assumed more social responsibilities by donating funds to build Hope Primary Schools and donating to children who are out of school in Yao ethnic minority areas in the north of Guangdong Province.

Precise poverty alleviation

Wanli's counterpart in the village of Qingxi Village, Yingde City. We earnestly implements the poverty alleviation work. Wanli Tire was awarded the "Guangdong Poverty Alleviation Cotton Tree Cup Bronze Cup Award" for its outstanding contribution to the cause of poverty alleviation in Guangdong in 2016.
